Bismarck Badu, Chief Executive Officer

Bismarck is the CEO and the Founder of Supreme Concept. Apart from his responsibilities listed
below, he has a passion for farming and achieving excellence. Bismarck is married and has two
beautiful children. He oversees the strategic direction of the company and supervises the dayto-
day activities of the company.

Bismarck is a Chartered Management Accountant by profession with the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants in the United Kingdom. He holds Masters of Science Degree in
Accounting and Finance from London Southbank University. Mr. Badu is an Associate Member of
the Chartered Management Institute, UK and has also completed an Executive Masters of Arts
Degree in Conflict, Peace and Security at the Kofi Annan International Training Peacekeeping
Centre.

Mr. Badu is a seasoned businessman with an extensive management experience spanning over 20
years from the United Kingdom to the West Coast of Africa. Mr. Badu is a Director of several
companies including Tikowrie Capital Limited, Kaat Services Limited Jinmark Ghana Limited and
until recently a Board Member of Graphic Communications Group Limited.

Kingsley Amalattey, Manager, Special Projects

Kingsley is tasked with the responsibility of strategy development, new business and project logistics. A marketing communication person by training he ensures that clients’ media and communication needs are satisfactorily met.

Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, Marketing Option, as well as a Professional Marketing qualification from CIM, UK.

With over 15 years’ experience at Supreme Concept Ltd, he loves to spend leisure time with his 3 kids, researching on new trends in the automobile industry while following his favourite team Liverpool FC and the English Premier League on match days.

Florence Asmah-Plange, Manager, Marketing and Client Relations

Florence is the Marketing and Client Relations Manager of Supreme Concept Company Limited with over ten years occupational experience in various aspects of publicity and advertising through her dealings with clients from various government, multinational and private institutions. She holds an Msc. in Economics of Technology and Development from the University of Cape Coast, B. A Degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Post- Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. In addition, she has undergone training in Effective Leadership and Administration; Dynamics Team Building and Customer Care form the University of Cape Coast and University of Ghana Business School.

She has worked with other institutions like OCIC-UCC Partnership Programme, Lennap & Company and Acidyzed Designs all in Accra.

Interest:  Florence enjoys reading novels, watching movies, play writing and listening to music. Above all these, Cooking is her specialty. She sometimes keeps track and analyse some political developments in the country and the world as a whole.

Maame Efua Darko, Account Manager

A well trained accounts person specialized in Taxation, Auditing, Budgeting, and Final Accounts for both Profit and Non-Profit Organizations. Over twelve years of experience holding Accounts positions, combining strong analytical skills, and sound decision making abilities.  Process innovator, effective at identifying opportunities for cost saving and profit maximization.

Holds a Bachelor of Science Accounting degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra and part qualification of the professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.

Kwame Opoku-Asare, Head, Creative Department

Kwame has the responsibility of concept development, creative direction to meet every client wish. As professional communication designer, he and his team ensure that every project is brought to life in every creative way possible.

Kwame holds a Bachelor of Communication Design degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology. He is a certified student of Design Thinking with several years of experience in the design industry both in Ghana and abroad.

His interests range from computers to researching on the latest tech around to reading and swimming. He also enjoys adventures through nature, sightseeing, driving and football.
